Does my account or account team count towards the number of alert recipients?

No! Trievr Recall Management does not bill any account holders or their associated assigned account teams or case teams. Only Alert Recipients such as third party manufacturers, suppliers, consumers, doctors, etc., are counted as alert recipients.
