When conducting a product recall, alert recipients are contacted and communicated with by account holders, associated account teams and case teams. For example, an account holder could be a pharma team that is alerting recipients including their manufacturers, suppliers, doctors, and consumers with different messages and requests regarding a product recall. Trievr Recall Management makes two way communication effortless when communicating among all alert recipients and tracks responses in real time.
No! Trievr Recall Management does not bill any account holders or their associated assigned account teams or case teams. Only Alert Recipients such as third party manufacturers, suppliers, consumers, doctors, etc., are counted as alert recipients.
Cost is calculated daily based on the number of recipients. The more recipients the lower the cost per recipient. We also offer an annual plan that can result in significant savings.

What’s great about our service is that you only pay for the time you need us based on a 30-day cycle. If you start on the 8th, then you’ll end you’re agreement 30 days later. It’s that simple.
